Polyurethane Additives

Polyurethane additives determine the performance of polyurethane foams and create advantages in the final foam performance.  These include numerous silicone stabilizers and tertiary amine catalysts, as well as organic-based foam property modifiers. Polyurethane additives may be essential ingredients in polyurethane foam processing, including flexible and rigid foams found in appliances, automotive interiors, furniture, bedding, construction materials, insulation, electronics, footwear and more.

Specification:

A-1  there have strong catalytic effect in water and isocyanate, can make polyhydric alcohol and the reaction of the isocyanate  balance.

A-1 adjusted to control the amount of bubbles rising and setting times, but it doesn't affect the tin catalyst operating range.

A-1 make the whole foam density and models to minimize compression.

- The catalyst is water-soluble, which is easy to measure.
